Who to contact
This notice covers the URJATECH website and its enquiry services. For questions about your information, corrections, deletion requests or privacy complaints, contact the URJATECH team at jobeefieltd@gmail.com or +91 91617 12869. Use “Privacy request” as the email subject and include your enquiry reference if available.
Information you provide
Depending on the form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, customer category, property type, state, city, locality, PIN code and property address. You may also provide electricity consumption, monthly bill amount, your solar requirement, a message, preferred appointment date and time, and whether you want a video consultation. Solar POC enquiries include your current area and experience; distributor or dealer enquiries include your operating zone and existing dealership status. Fields marked with an asterisk are required for that form. The planner does not require an email address.
We also record your submission reference, time, consent and delivery status. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry. Do not enter account passwords, payment-card or bank details, government identification numbers, medical information or other sensitive documents in a message.
How and why we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, understand your requirements, check service coverage, arrange a requested assessment or consultation, and discuss a partnership application. We also use submission records to follow up, prevent duplicate delivery, investigate errors and protect the website against misuse. The page from which you enquire and campaign tags, when present, help us understand where enquiries originate.
The form checkbox asks for permission to handle your details and contact you about that request. It is not permission for unrelated promotional campaigns. You may browse without submitting a form; without the required information we may be unable to process the requested service.
Where enquiries go
Submitted details are saved on the website server and emailed through Google’s Gmail service to the URJATECH enquiry inbox, jobeefieltd@gmail.com. Website notifications are sent using eliteconsultantspvt@gmail.com. If the optional Google Sheets integration is enabled, enquiry details are also copied to a restricted team spreadsheet.
Information is used by the team handling your request and the hosting, email and other service providers needed to operate these services. Provider systems may process information outside India. We do not sell enquiry information. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or a lawful authority request. A request does not make your details a public testimonial or project listing.
Cookies, browser storage and technical information
The site uses a session cookie to maintain form security. Session storage in your browser can hold planner details and campaign information so you can continue the enquiry process. Clearing site data removes browser-held information but does not delete an enquiry already submitted.
The server uses an IP-derived identifier and submission times to limit repeated requests. Hosting services may keep access and error logs containing information such as IP addresses, requested pages and browser details for operation and security. No advertising tracker or external analytics service is currently enabled by this website. The site records interaction events locally in the page for potential analytics integration; this alone does not send them to an analytics provider.
External services
Some images load from Unsplash and fonts load from Google Fonts. Those providers receive normal browser connection information, including your IP address, when their resources load. Links to WhatsApp, external videos, documents or other websites take you to services with their own privacy terms. Sending a WhatsApp message is your choice and shares information with that service. Review the provider’s policy before using an external service.
Retention and security
Enquiry information is kept for handling and following up your request, maintaining relevant business records, resolving disputes and meeting applicable legal obligations. It should not be kept longer than needed for those purposes. Retention depends on whether an enquiry is ongoing, results in a project or partnership, or is subject to a legal requirement. Records may exist in server storage, email, an enabled team spreadsheet and backups; closing a browser or clearing a form does not remove those copies.
You may request deletion or a retention review using the contact details above. Deletion is handled by the team, subject to legitimate record-keeping and legal requirements; restricted backup copies may remain until their normal replacement cycle. Access controls and form-security measures help protect information, but no website, email or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and privacy complaints
You can ask us to review the information you supplied, correct inaccurate details, delete information no longer needed, or stop contacting you about an enquiry. You can withdraw consent by emailing the privacy contact or calling the number above. We may need reasonable information to verify the request before disclosing or changing a record. Please do not send identity documents unless the team explains why they are necessary.
Withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out and may prevent further action on the requested service. Where information must be retained, we will explain the reason. Privacy complaints can be sent to the same contact and will be handled within applicable legal time limits. These contact options do not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Children and updates
These enquiry and partnership services are intended for adults aged 18 or over. Please do not submit a child’s personal information. If you believe a child’s information has been submitted, contact us so it can be reviewed and removed where appropriate.
We may update this notice when the website, services or information practices change. The date below identifies the current version. Where a new use requires consent or another notice, publishing an update alone will not replace that requirement.
