They do not replace a separate written quotation, installation contract, product warranty or partnership agreement. A submission reference acknowledges your request; it does not confirm service coverage, an appointment, a system recommendation or acceptance of a project. The team will check your location, requirements and availability before confirming a site visit or video consultation. A preferred date or time is a request only.
No booking payment is collected on this website for the advertised free site visit or free video consultation. Equipment, installation or additional work, if proposed, require a separately agreed scope and price. To change or cancel a request, contact the team and quote your reference. Please do not rely on a preferred appointment time until it has been confirmed.
Project proposals and payments
Website descriptions and planning information are not binding quotations or offers to supply equipment. Scope, pricing, taxes, timelines, eligibility, payment stages, cancellation and refund arrangements, warranties and maintenance responsibilities must be confirmed in the applicable written proposal or agreement before you proceed. The website has no online checkout and does not collect payment-card details. Verify any payment instructions directly with the team before sending funds.
Solar POC, distributor and dealer enquiries
Submitting a partnership form expresses interest only. It does not appoint you as a representative, employee, agent, distributor or dealer, reserve a territory, or authorise use of the URJATECH name. Selection, training, support, products, territory, commissions, eligibility and payout conditions must be separately confirmed in writing.
